Join us for a Yin/Yang Yoga Nidra Workshop taught by guest teacher Dani Dunckley. We will begin with a gentle flow to release stress from the week and to prepare for a yin practice in which we will slow down and hold poses. We will close with a yoga nidra practice – a guided full body rest and relaxation meant to quiet the body and mind to receive and restore energy. What a perfect way to end the week and start your weekend!
