Mixed Level Lunchtime Flow with Katie

Class Descriptions:
Flow to Slow: This mixed level class will start with an energetic flow to let go of the day and end with some slower, more restorative poses to send you off to sweet dreams.
Yoga in the Yard: This fun mixed level outdoor class is open to all yogis, new and well seasoned. Being outside helps you reconnect with nature, along with challenging your balance on the textured earth. Masks required until on your yoga mat. Please bring your own props (mat, towel, blocks, strap, water) Pre Registration is required, space is limited, suggested donation of $20 cash or venmo day of. Address will be shared upon registration via email.
Level 1ish: A fun, moving, vinyasa class, accessible to beginners with options to spice it up for the seasoned yogi. It’s a great way to kick off the weekend.
Mixed Level Flow: Take a break from your busy day with this fun, mixed level (previous yoga experience recommeneded) lunchtime flow to increase strength, balance and flexibility.
Prenatal Yoga Flow: Connect with other expecting mothers. Learn breathing techniques that can be utilized in labor. Stretch, strengthen and help support your baby and expanding body in a safe way, to help your back, core, mind and more.
Mommy N' Babe, Stretch N' Strengthen: An opportunity to get back on your yoga mat, to stretch and strengthen in a safe way, while connecting with your babe, and other moms. Open to any mom 6 weeks postpartum with doctors clearance.
Nurture Cafe: A free circle of parents supporting one another, with the guidance of Jacqui, a certified lactation counselor.
